Thai instant noodle soup
Truly Hot Thai Noodle Soup (moderated) is a fast, substantial, hot, effective restitution breakfast.
MaMa instant noodle soup: Only where MaMa is written can MaMa be found.
Available flavours: shrimp, chicken, pork, duck and beef.
Ingredients:
100gr thinly sliced chicken, pork, duck or beef
oyster sauce
vegetable oil
if on hand, some cuts of vegies (paprika, leek, onions, ample garlic)
2-3 Thai chillies
fresh herbs as you like (best: coriander, chives, parsley etc.)
Now:
In the plastic bag you find the noodles and a second small bag, which
includes three other smaller bags. Put the noodles in the bowl you want to eat from.
Put your pan/wok on the fire, add a dash of vegetable oil. Start to boil the contents of the three small bags
in 0.25 - 0.3 l of water (even that one with the
spermicidal viscosity). Let it boil.
When the oil is hot, quickly brown the meat together with the chillies.
At the very end you can add the onion rings, the oyster sauce and a little water.
Then pour the hot soup over the noodles, place the meat on top, cover the
bowl and wait for two minutes.
