Christopher Street Day 2000 in Berlin
Berlin has a enormous gay scene, and so it's no wonder that also this year, at the end of June, hundred thousands of double-side playable men meet to celebrate themselves. What started as an inside gay event, now includes also lesbians as well as opposite sexual orientated individuums, who understand that gay parties provide a lot of fun (like me).
It's time for hetero sexual men to understand that gay men are their natural allies on the party scene, 'cause gay's are hunting for a different prey than heteroes . The true competitors to heteroes are lesbians...:)
Drawbacks beside the bad weather were the lack of quaility drinks available during the parade. Most common were german "sekt", sold by bottle from the trucks for something like 15 DM(warm and sweet), or canned beers which went for 3 to 5 marks for half a liter.
The Berlin gay scene is drinking...!
