United Kingdom
England,
Northern Ireland,
Scotland,
and Wales,
engulf many different cultures and geographical settings and drinking habits.
While on one hand still a class society,
the big citys like London, Manchester, Brighton,...
have accumulated great number of people of migrants from all over the UK and abroad. Like everywhere on this small planet they seek a good
life and try to make a living, wich ends up in rich cultural mixes.
This strengthens the UK to cope the tasks of the 21st century,
and finds its expression also in fashion and a lively and creative music scene with sounds from Hip-Hop to drum n Bass and garage to punk rock.
Most Pubs are still subject to the ancient 11 o'clock closing time restrictions but despite that fact they are stilll a very classical part of
british life .
For a local there is nothing like an afternoon down at the Pub with his mates,a pint ,a game of snooker and maybe watching a football
match.
Fortunately there are plans of changing the closing times to stop all the trouble caused.
Finaly London officials will skip the Victorian closing hours to convert London into a 24 hour capital.
