"Why are New Yorkers so depressed?"
"The light at the end of their tunnel is New Jersey."
LOOPHOLES in NEW YORK CITY
For those of you who can't make the day without a drink and a smoke (in the same time at the same place) New York City has still something to offer.
Despite all of Bloomberg's efforts, the freedom of choice is not completely prohibited.
For outstanding people it looks very strange of a contry that put's individual freedom on top of its agenda again and again tries to restrict individual needs by law.
this law is not a law gainst smoking or smokers!, it's a law to protect the employees of a bar/restaurant from the effects of passive smoking.
Naturally like every law in every state this law has loopholes
Those bars have so calles "loopholes"
